• When you submit to the artist pool you are included in the SearchLight email List and will receive periodic emails from us about art opportunities, exhibitions and coordination of activities.
   

• We do not ask for your street address. We will use your city, region, zip code and country to help gather artists in specific areas as those opportunities arrive. 

 

• When you provide your name, email and WhatsApp number we may contact you to follow up on an opportunity or project you are involved with.
   

• When you provide artwork images, we may use them to promote the efforts of the organization including but not limited to previous and current events, exhibitions, and activities we have produced or are participating in. We will make every effort to credit your work.

When We Disclose Personal Information to Third Parties: We use third parties to provide us with technical support, website hosting and other applications in support of our activities. In connection with providing us with these services, some of these third parties have access to your personal information to the extent necessary to provide services to us. We also provide information to third parties for analytical purposes in an aggregate, not personally identifiable, form. We do not sell or trade your personal information to or with third parties and, except as described above, we do not disclose your personal information to third parties.

If you request to have your personal information deleted from our database, then you will no longer receive updates from us via email.
